Monday morning women’s art making group.
This is an opportunity to re-connect with your creativity or to explore the creative process. In this group we will work with various materials and general themes relating to stress, self-care and intuition. This is a 4 week group. All materials will be provided and no art experience is necessary.
Vision Board Workshops
Dedicate time for creativity, direction, and connection!
Vision boarding is a unique way to explore your goals. Your board will be a personal and useful visualization tool, helping to increase motivation, clarify your goals, and increase connection to areas of your life you want to strengthen.
This workshop with consist of some discussion around how to create and use your vision boards throughout the year. The majority of time will be spent creating, and there will be time to reflect and share if desired. This workshop is designed to be both reflective and fun! All materials will be provided, and no experience is necessary. All are welcome.
Introduction to SoulCollage®
Learn what the process is all about, and create your own card(s) to get started on your personal deck. All materials will be provided. No experience necessary and those new to SoulCollage® are welcome!
Workshop takes place at the Jersey Shore Arts Center in Ocean Grove.
